It is Mica's belief that too many people wake up every day with aches and pains that severely affect their quality of life. She found relief from pain of her own through practicing Original Hot Yoga and is passionate about helping others heal through their own practice.
Mica has been practicing Original Hot Yoga for 15 years and teaching for 11 of those years. Coming from a background of extreme sports, she found that this yoga was exactly what she needed to decrease pain and regain function + range of motion in her body! She has successfully used Original Hot Yoga as therapy to heal from numerous injuries and has a first-hand understanding of what a powerful, therapeutic tool it is.
