Studio EtiquetteWe know, Yoga Studios are a unique place. Our hours are wild, 'normal' dress is barefooted, minimal clothing, and dripping with sweat. You work through some of your deepest challenges in a very hot and humid room, with bright lights shining down on you, and a half-naked potential stranger dealing with their own challenges right next to you. Yeah, unique is the word. And... It's all part of the magic.
To function as well as we do, we do have some community standards we try to maintain - Studio Etiquette, if you will. Maybe you've already picked up on most of these, maybe they just seem like the 'right thing to do'. We sure hope so! :) See below for the unspoken (but posted all around the studio) rules of behavior within the Studio that allow us to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for all students:
Our studio is our sanctuary. This space is for you - here to give you what you need on any given day you walk through our door. We want you to feel welcome, safe, and valued while you are here with us. Please help us create this environment for every single student that steps foot inside our beautiful space. The students make the studio - we wouldn't be without you! Namaste! See you in the Hot Room!
