Clean and Healthy!

We know anxiety is high around here. We know yoga can help.

The Hot Room environment of 105 degrees and 40% humidity is ideal for keeping your respiratory system functioning at its best!

And a good daily sweat supports our kidneys and keeps us detoxing!

We, as Yogis, have known this for a long time.

That's why with our regular practice, we have such strong  Immune System Resiliency.

Ew! It's SUPER important to wash your hands!

That being said, we are super active in keeping the studio C-L-E-A-N.  Did you know the Hot Room is build out with hospital-grade materials?
The wall paint is so "bulletproof" that tape doesn't even stick!
The Hot Room floor is surgical-grade flooring (called Flotex, spun Nylon) that is ideal for these tricky conditions!
We c-l-e-a-n the studio from top-to-bottom every single night (365 NIGHTS A YEAR). There is a Team of 19 who make this happen each and every week.

We have a very effective system and use bleach, vinegar, alcohol and bacteria-eating enzymes  on all our surfaces.

Here's what you can do to keep yourself healthy in and out of the Hot Room:

1) Keep It Clean
Wash your hands well! Avoid touching your nose and eyes with unwashed hands. Use a face cloth if you need to wipe your sweat.

2) Breathe by Your Nose
Breathing in by your nose boosts your immune system and delivers cleaner air to your lungs. It will also improve your yoga class.

3) Remember Your Towel
Please bring a towel to put over your yoga mat for heated classes and for yin yoga, too. It's more hygenic and easier to keep things clean.

4) Take Care of Yourself
Stress weakens the immune system, so keep doing the things that make you happy and strong! Get your exercise. Drink lots of water and eat something green!

5) If You're Sick... Stay Home!
This is very important: If you're having cold or flu symptoms it's too late to "sweat it out".
Stay home until you're all better so that you don't spread it around!
(and stay tuned for the launch of our live stream for taking class with us when you just can't make it into the studio.)

We are committed to keeping you healthy and we follow all the best practices to maintain our a clean and hygienic space.
